UU Women Score Convincing Win Over Queens

UU Women's team made light work of their opening fixture of 2009 with a convincing demolition of Queens, under lights at Jordanstown.

In total they scored 14 tries and 5 conversions.

UU led 51-0 at half time but Queens became a lot more competitive in the 2nd half although they never threatened the UU line or looked like scoring.

Hopefully this result will boost numbers at training as UU build for their Inter varsities in Cork in April.
